Join us to learn more about Bill and ask him questions about his work!
Builder, owner, and operator of a small home-based pottery studio and showroom.
Bill first discovered clay as an elective at Ohio University and then took several additional studio clay courses.
He is primarily self-taught and has attended and/or participated in over 50 workshops/demonstrations, including designing and building kilns.
In 2024, Bill was awarded Door 2 Art Show Honorable Mention (sculpture) and Hudson Society of Artists Members Show Third Place (porcelain vase). He considers himself a functional potter whose goal is to make affordable pots, both beautiful and utilitarian. He intention is to create pots with depth and variation that reveal themselves through time and use.
