Karen Koch is a collage artist inspired by nature and nostalgia. Look for maps, thread, buttons, and book pages in her colorful art.
She says, "For me, collage is endlessly fascinating - I thrive on color, texture, and pattern! I love being able to repurpose found objects or sentimental items into my art. Maps remind me of road trips; book pages promise grand adventures; thread and buttons are a nod to learning to sew from my mom. If something stands still long enough, it will get glued down into my art."
